Role Overview
Maintain and repair heating systems in our client’s properties, ensuring efficient and safe operation and timely completion of repairs to satisfy customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region.
* Ensure high levels of customer care when dealing with clients and tenants to meet required quality standards.
* Communicate updates and progress of work, completing required paperwork electronically and manually.
* Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records.
* Comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfil job requirements.
Skills And Experience
* Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications – CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (essential).
* Valid UK driving licence (essential).
* Previous practical experience in gas maintenance within a domestic capacity.
* Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Professional and friendly attitude, forging strong relationships with clients and tenants.
