We’re working with an inspiring independent specialist school in beautiful South Devon that’s looking for a curriculum leader to help shape the future of their learners and their community. About the School: Set in the heart of Totnes, this specialist setting offers a nurturing, therapeutic learning environment for students aged 11-19. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a qualified teacher who has: Experience leading curriculum development or department-level initiatives A proven background in SEN education The ability to lead by example, support colleagues and inspire progress A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (you’ll work across sites and local outreach locations) This role would suit someone looking for a fresh challenge - someone who wants to combine professional leadership with purpose-driven work in a supportive and forward thinking environment.
