Are you a patient and dedicated individual looking to support children on a one-to-one basis? Protocol Education is seeking 1:1 Support Assistants to work with pupils in Oxted schools who need that extra bit of guidance to thrive.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Providing tailored 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
2. Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring pupils can access the curriculum
3. Supporting emotional regulation, social development, and confidence building
4. Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and parents to create a supportive learning plan
What we’re looking for:
5. Experience supporting children or young people with SEND or SEMH needs (school or community settings)
6. A caring, adaptable, and resilient approach
7. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
8. Commitment to helping children achieve their full potential
