This internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. You will support co-pack operations, supplier performance and project coordination, contributing to the smooth execution of in-store displays and product initiatives.

You will be treated as an integral member of the Supply Chain team, gaining exposure to operational planning, cost management and cross-functional collaboration. Alongside day-to-day responsibilities, you will develop insight into how supply chain excellence underpins commercial success within a global organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will support a range of operational and analytical activities, including:

* Monitoring supplier performance and KPIs, contributing to reporting and service optimisation.
* Extracting, analysing and presenting data from internal systems to support decision-making and weekly or monthly reporting.

This role offers practical exposure to supply chain operations, supplier management, commercial collaboration and data-driven decision-making within a dynamic FMCG environment.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, analytical in their thinking, and eager to contribute within a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

You may be currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a degree-level qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience or alternative academic backgrounds with strong numerical and analytical capability are also welcomed.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

* Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence using Microsoft Excel
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Effective communication and collaboration skills
* A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks
* An interest in operations, logistics and the consumer goods sector

We value diverse perspectives and encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences.

Throughout your internship, you will receive structured support and development opportunities to help you build practical supply chain skills and gain valuable insight into operational excellence within a global organisation.

Instructions:

Please ensure that your application includes both your Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a Cover Letter. In your Cover Letter, we would love to understand what motivates you to apply for this internship and why you are interested in building your career within Finance or Marketing at Ferrero. We also welcome insight into the skills, experiences or perspectives you would bring to the team.

The deadline for applications is TBC

The selection process consists of three stages:

1. Screening telephone interviews: March - April 2026
2. Online testing: April 2026
