Both sites are very different: ERH is a medium sized, hidden-gem of a mansion, with beautiful gardens and a packed Weddings and Events offer, whilst HC is an outdoor site with a small mill, surrounded by a stunning woodland and a river flowing by.As we are a small team, we work closely together across both sites, often needing to be flexible in our work to support each other by picking up different tasks.This post supports our teams in making sure we keep our compliance record systems up to date, keeping our finance systems accurate and will involve working alongside both staff and volunteers. Generally, you’ll be supporting day-to-day operations, and being the first person that people see when they come into the office. Internally, you will be known as a 'Business Services Co-ordinator (place-based). Salary: £22,089.60 per annum (pro‑rated for 30 hrs/week), based on a full‑time equivalent salary of £27,612 per annum.Working Hours: 30 hours per weekWorking Pattern: The 30 hours will be worked across 4 days - one day a week at Hardcastle Crags and three days a week at East Riddlesden Hall.
