Roles and Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook and present food to correct specifications
* Operate kitchen work stations, including grills, fryers, microwaves and more
* Work as a team to keep time and quality targets
* Follow food hygiene and allergen standards, as well as health and safety standards
* Clean as you go, including full kitchen clean‑downs
* Rotate stock and store food safely
* Complete required induction, role‑specific and ongoing refresher training; contribute to continuous improvement
