THE ROLE
We have a vacancy for a Restructuring Associate Solicitor NQ - 3 PQE to join the City office of a leading US law firm
The post holder will be expected to handle a varied and high profile workload advising private investment management firms, corporates, and facility borrowers on cross-border and U. restructurings and insolvencies
The role will include;
Assisting in the management and execution of restructuring and insolvency projects
Conducting financial analysis and modelling to support restructuring initiatives
Preparation of detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a NQ (or due to qualify in March 2026) - 3 PQE solicitor with experience in restructuring/insolvency with knowledge of cross-border and U. restructuring processes
You will have first rate academic record and professional experience, excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, capable of managing multiple projects
