Delivery Consultant (180 Candidate-Focused)
The Role
This position sits within our specialist delivery team and operates in a 180 capacity focused primarily on candidate generation, market mapping and process management.
You will become a defined specialist within the Investment Funds market responsible for identifying, engaging and managing high‑calibre professionals throughout the recruitment lifecycle while providing market intelligence to support wider business development activity.
This is a highly focused, market‑driven role suited to someone who takes pride in quality, precision and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively sourcing candidates via headhunting, networking and CRM utilisation
* Building and maintaining a strong pipeline within your specialist market
* Manage candidates through each stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional experience
* Developing strong knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
* Generating leads and market intelligence for the wider team
* Learning and confidently applying compliance and right‑to‑work processes
* Work closely with the Operations team who manage all formal onboarding and administrative processes
* Provide market insight and candidate updates to the wider team
* Delivering structured market updates internally
* Contribute positively to team discussions and internal updates
