The salary is up to £38,000 with excellent benefits and please see below the job spec: The Role: As a Workflow Coordinator / Document Production Specialist, you will: Manage and optimise workflow processes to enhance productivity and efficiency Ensure all documents adhere to house style and firm-specific procedures Identify bottlenecks and suggest effective solutions to improve workflow Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues Maintain clear communication with fee earners for complex tasks Ensure deadlines are realistic and renegotiate when necessary Keep the workflow system and DPC inbox consistently updated The Candidate : The ideal Workflow Coordinator / Document Production Specialist will have: Exceptional technical skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Experience in document production practices and technologies A proactive, flexible attitude with a "can do" approach Ability to work independently with excellent initiative and judgement
