Job Description
The Real Estate Disputes Associate/Senior Associate will be:
3. Managing a diverse caseload of real estate litigation matters
4. Advising clients on landlord and tenant issues, rights of light, boundary disputes, nuisance, vacant possession strategies as well as other matters
5. Collaborating with the property transactional, construction, and planning teams
6. Supporting and supervising junior team members across offices
7. Playing a key role in client relationships and business development initiatives
The Successful Applicant
The Real Estate Disputes Associate/Senior Associate should be:
8. A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years PQE in real estate litigation
9. Experienced in County Court, Lands Tribunal, and First-tier Tribunal proceedings
10. Commercially aware, confident in managing high-value client matters
11. Able to manage their own caseload and work autonomously
12. A strong team player with excellent communication and client care skills
13. Ambitious, proactive, and detail-oriented
