What You’ll Do

Enable Commercial Success
* Route qualified leads to the right regional teams for fast, effective follow-up.
* Maintain clear records of handoffs and status updates in CRM systems.
Measure & Optimize
* Monitor KPIs and conversion metrics to continuously improve processes.
* Deliver regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
What You Bring
* Deep understanding of lead management workflows and CRM systems.
* Familiarity with data sources like GlobalData, Pitchbook, and sales enablement tools.
* Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality and identify trends.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in lead management, sales operations, or commercial support.
* Experience managing people and driving team performance.
* Fluent in English.
