We’re looking for a Planner to join our Asset team within the Asset Management business area. This is a key role in ensuring property repairs, compliance requirements and kitchen/bathroom projects are managed efficiently and delivered to a high standard. You’ll work closely with the other planners, Delivery Managers and Assistant Managers to support a team of skilled operatives, helping us deliver excellent customer service and high-quality works.
As a Planner, you’ll be responsible for programming works effectively, ensuring operatives are organised and productive, and that customers receive the best possible service. You will be the key link between operatives, residents, contractors and internal teams ensuring a timely completion of works.
