We are looking for a motivated Office & Administration Assistant to be based in Waterlooville (Hampshire). The role is part-time, approx. 20 h per week (Mon-Thu) with flexible hours.
Your Role
As an Office & Administration Assistant, you will help ensure smooth office operations and support the team with administrative tasks. This role offers practical experience in business administration and a chance to gain insight into a professional office environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist with general administration tasks (filing, data entry, document preparation)
* Support team members with research, presentations, or basic project work
* Help manage office communications, scheduling, and correspondence
Your Profile
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable with common office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive, and eager to learn
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team
