Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the school day — helping students with personal care, mobility, and communication while supporting their learning and emotional well-being. You’ll work closely with teachers and therapists to create a safe, nurturing environment where every student can thrive.

Providing care and emotional support that makes a real difference
Helping students with daily routines, feeding, and mobility
Encouraging independence and confidence at every step
Working hand-in-hand with teaching and therapy staff
Supporting safeguarding and care planning
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of experience — just a compassionate heart and a willingness to learn.

Experienced in care or SEN settings (a bonus, but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
