Responsibilities * Provide excellent customer service to residents and customers. * Arrange appointments for residents with tradespeople in a cost-effective and organised manner. * Handle queries from residents and manage appointment changes. * Reschedule appointments using our planning tools. * Log current jobs onto our job management system/database. * Collaborate with Supervisors and tradespeople to organize and schedule work. Requirements * Experience working in a call centre environment. * Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and targets. * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
