Our client is seeking an IT apprentice to add to their team!
The ideal candidate will have strong IT & computer knowledge & great communication skills.
Job Duties
1. Responding to customer calls to understand and address IT issues
2. Troubleshooting tech problems and providing support, both in person and over the phone
3. Developing the ability to resolve system and network issues
4. Setting up new user accounts, managing password resets, testing applications, and generating reports
5. Building and setting up hardware such as computers, laptops, and phone systems
6. Installing and configuring computer operating systems
About You:
To be an ICT Support Technician Apprentice, you must be a tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs (ideally A* – C, 4-9) including Maths and English.
This 15-18 month Apprenticeship has a salary of £13,500 per year.
Your training will include gaining an internationally recognised Level 3 IT qualification.
