Im working with a friendly and supportive primary school in Keynsham that is looking to appoint an experienced HLTA ASAP.
This is a great opportunity for a HLTA / Teaching Assistant who enjoys a varied role, including classroom cover, intervention work, and supporting across KS1 and KS2.

Full-time, immediate start
Daily rate: £100£120 per day (dependent on experience)
Primary school setting (KS1 & KS2)
Long-term opportunity with potential for extension
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons as a HLTA / Cover Supervisor
Support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
Lead small group interventions to raise attainment
Assist teachers with planning and classroom support
Maintain strong behaviour management in line with school policies
Requirements:
HLTA qualification or strong experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Experience working in a UK primary school
Confident leading whole-class teaching when required
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
