HUB Business Development Executive | Liverpool | Wirral | Wrexham | Permanent | Full time | 37.5 hours per week | Competitve basic salary plus excellent benefits

Spire Healthcare is currently looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our NW & Merseyside HUB marketing team on a full-time and permanent basis.

Contract type: Permanent, Full-time
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm - Some requirement for evening work depending on event delivery

As Business Development Executive you will be responsible to provide a range of support functions across the business development landscape including Marketing, Sales and Engagement.

The role will support the growth strategy and business development plans at our NW & Merseyside hospitals; consisting Yale (Wrexham), Wirral and Liverpool.

Please note, that the position is remote but you will be requested to travel across our HUB hospitals.

The purpose of the Hub Business Development Executive (HBDE) will be to drive Sales enquiries to the HUB hospitals in line with the HUB growth strategy.

To achieve this the you will:

1. Support the Business Development Director to deliver business development initiatives, education, patient events and communications on time and in line with Hub growth plans
2. Support the Business Development Director in identifying and delivering emerging opportunities in line with the Hub growth strategy, including engaging with Consultants to promote and develop their practice
3. Work with the Business Development Director and Hospital Business Development Manager to promote and developing new services conforming to Spire guidelines
4. Line manage the Business development assistant (Where applicable) to support in the delivery of the hub based activity
5. Be the subject matter expert on specific projects or initiatives representing the Hub and the Division as an SME Provide support in the organisation and operational management of on and off-site events including some evening/weekend work as necessary

What do you need to have?

6. Competent user of MS Office
7. Understanding of the different marketing channels
8. Exceptional written skills and a keen eye for detail
9. Experience of writing compelling copy for a variety of mediums
10. Excellent proof-reading skills
11. Commercial awareness
12. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
