Project Officer - Swindon Summary INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY We have an exciting fixed-term opportunity for a Project Officer to join the team and help lead a crucial project to replace our car parking technology. This will unlock significant cost savings for the Trust and improve supporter experience at our places. This large and complex project involves business continuity, risk management, stakeholder engagement, planning, delivery, and governance. You’ll be dedicated to delivering real benefits for our people and teams. What it's like to work here You’ll be part of a dedicated project team working alongside Business and IT Project Managers, suppliers, and property colleagues to roll out replacement payment technology. As the project is in implementation, the focus is on delivery. Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon there’ll be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there’s flexibility on where you’re based at other times. You’ll be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview. What you'll be doing As a Project Officer you’ll be part of a wider project team responsible for IT, business change, deployment and roll-out. You’ll be communicating with internal stakeholders, supporting with project management documentation and Project Board, working with delivery partners, and operational colleagues.
