Main Tasks:
1. To handle customer incoming calls and emails in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
2. To process sales orders.
3. To respond to customer communication via third party platforms such as Amazon, Ebay, Facebook, etc.
4. To maintain up to date product related information for customers.
5. To assist with Customer Services issues.
6. To ensure that customer records on the Company's database are maintained in accordance with internal and external controls and requirements (including adherence to Data Protection Act).
7. To support the customer service team with arranging equipment deliveries and processing POs
8. To support the Service Department with their administration and call-fielding.
Other:
a) To assist other departments in the execution of their duties when time and resource permits.
b) To adhere to Company policies (identified in the Employee Handbook and Health & Safety Manual).
c) To carry out any other tasks which are deemed necessary and reasonable by the Company's management.
The role is on-site only - remote working is not an option.
