The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs, work processes, and final deliverables for the Image team.
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week
Description
This role encompasses managing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching, requiring a dedicated point of contact for each specialist area. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, with strong communication skills, capable of planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
To support our global clients across all media, this position demands high competency in project management, multitasking, and meeting diverse deadlines. Effective planning, record-keeping, proactive organization based on business priorities, and clear communication with clients and team members are essential. Regular updates with Commercial/Project Managers, Image Team Leaders, and the Head of Art are required to ensure smooth workflow and quality standards.
Accountabilities
1. Take briefs from various departments and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
2. Foster positive relationships within the team to promote an expert environment.
3. Understand client challenges and priorities to guide project planning.
4. Participate in strategic discussions regarding the team’s workload.
5. Maintain regular communication with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
6. Assess the feasibility of creative briefs considering requirements, time, and resources.
7. Develop thorough knowledge of client systems, review, and production processes.
8. Ensure projects progress on time and within budget, with clear visibility of job statuses.
9. Keep team members updated on project statuses.
10. Support and motivate the team during high-pressure periods.
11. Maintain attention to detail to ensure brief accuracy and quality.
12. Coordinate with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery.
13. Act as a communication bridge between the Image team and other departments.
14. Manage accounts, including raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance work.
15. Ensure estimates are approved before work begins and invoices are processed promptly.
Skills
Candidates should have 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably in CG or Photography. A strong interest in CG and photography is advantageous. The candidate should be eager to learn the team’s software tools, possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, composure under pressure, proactive attitude, and a positive, approachable demeanor.
