Position: Senior Associate (4+ PQE)

They provide practical guidance across employment law, acting for employers in various sectors such as financial services, education, sports, media, retail, and the not-for-profit sector. The team also advises on safeguarding and regulatory matters in education and sports sectors.
The team seeks a bright, ambitious employment solicitor (circa 4+ PQE) with excellent technical skills and a collaborative approach. Responsibilities include advising on contracts, HR issues, redundancy, litigation, TUPE, and executive exits. The role encourages ownership of matters, business development, thought leadership, and relationship building. The firm values a supportive, collaborative culture that promotes wellbeing, professional growth, and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on employment contracts, policies, and HR issues
* Handling employment tribunal and High Court litigation
* Supporting corporate teams on employment aspects of transactions
* Advising senior executives on contractual and exit issues
* Participating in client training, networking, and content creation
Candidate Profile:
* At least four years' PQE in employment law
* Strong technical knowledge and experience in advisory and contentious matters
* Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills
* Organized, proactive, and able to manage a busy caseload independently
* Enthusiastic about client service and teamwork
Qualifications:
* 2:1 degree or above (or equivalent)
* Training at a respected City or mid-sized firm
