Overview
Job Role: Technical Support Specialist in Cookstown. Our client in Cookstown currently requires a Technical Support Specialist to join their team on a full time permanent basis. Hours of work: Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm.
Responsibilities
* Provide customer technical support via phone, email, and CRM
* Configure and maintain CCTV and detection systems remotely
* Support site upgrades and resolve technical issues
* Maintain accurate documentation and system records
* Assist with ongoing technical improvements and projects
Requirements
* IT knowledge or qualification (networking/port forwarding preferred)
* Experience in technical or customer support desirable
* CCTV or security systems knowledge an advantage
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
