The Role
You will take responsibility for overseeing the firm’s compliance framework, including:
* Managing all regulatory and risk management policies and procedures
* Ensuring compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations
* Overseeing AML, data protection, and client onboarding processes
* Conducting internal audits and risk assessments
* Delivering compliance training to staff at all levels
* Advising senior management on regulatory developments and best practice
