What’s the Role All About?
As a Venue Manager, you’ll be the face of Vivify on the ground. You’ll oversee the day-to-day lettings of school facilities, welcome local hirers, ensure bookings run smoothly, and uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
You'll be responsible for making things happen—managing your team, solving problems, and building strong relationships with both schools and community groups.
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same, and your impact will be immediate and meaningful.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for community hirers at our school sites
* Set up and support hirers with facilities with your team (e.g. setting up a badminton net or turning on floodlights)
* Represent Vivify with pride, professionalism, and energy
* Ensure shift coverage by managing rota scheduling and fulfilling all shift requirements, escalating any issues where needed
* Carry out light cleaning duties to leave facilities exactly as found
* Oversee site safety—ensuring the site is opened, closed, and secure, either personally or through your team
* Complete routine health and safety checks and report hazards or faulty equipment
* Act as a key liaison between schools and Vivify’s central teams
* Support the promotion of facilities to grow community engagement and school revenue
* Coordinate basic maintenance and escalate more complex issues where necessary

Role Details
* Part-time: Typically 20–25 hours per week
* Full training provided.
* Ongoing support from your Regional Operations Manager and our Central Office Team
