We’re a fast-growing SaaS company specializing in garment personalization technology. Our platform enables embroidery and print businesses to operate more efficiently at scale. As we expand into the US market and target mid-sized to large clients, we’re strengthening our implementation and customer success team.
As an Implementation and Customer Success Consultant, you will deliver our SaaS garment decoration platform to new and existing customers. Your responsibilities include leading implementation, configuration, operational setup, and optimizing workflows related to warehouse operations, order management, and garment personalization. You will ensure smooth onboarding, provide hands-on training, and support long-term customer success.
You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, collaborating with the Service Delivery team and other stakeholders. Strong practical knowledge of warehouse operations, production environments, and garment decoration workflows is essential, as your work will impact customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Salary and Benefits
* £35,000 - £42,500 per annum, plus benefits based on experience.
* Performance bonus of up to 10%.
* Location: Office in Washington (Newcastle Upon Tyne), Tyne and Wear, NE38.
Accountabilities
* Manage end-to-end implementation projects for Tracker SaaS platform.
* Deliver onboarding and training to ensure effective platform adoption.
* Advise customers on operational best practices.
* Provide hands-on consultancy to drive platform usage and success.
* Identify process improvements and support system enhancements.
* Develop training materials and documentation.
* Build strong customer relationships for long-term success.
Responsibilities
* Lead implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, and go-live.
* Conduct workflow analysis and recommend improvements.
* Deliver tailored training and ongoing support.
* Monitor adoption metrics and customer satisfaction.
* Document best practices and support knowledge transfer.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
* 3-5+ years’ experience in SaaS implementation or solution delivery.
* Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
* Practical knowledge of warehouse operations, garment decoration, and production workflows.
* Experience in project management, data analysis, and customer consultancy.
* Understanding of Lean principles and success metrics.
* Proficiency with project management and analytics tools.
* Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
