Sales and Marketing Executive Location: Hours of Work: 8:45am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Package: £30,000, pension, 25 days holiday, healthcare after qualifying period
We’re looking for a confident, proactive, and organised Sales and Marketing Executive to join a growing B2B team in the healthcare products sector. This is a great opportunity to support both sales and marketing functions in a varied, hands-on role. You’ll be working across multiple areas including digital content, product launches, client engagement, and administrative support – all while contributing to the growth of innovative products in the Away From Home (AFH) category.

Sales & Marketing Support
Work alongside the sales team on client presentations, reports, and day-to-day support.
Coordinate internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to support customer needs.
Marketing Activities
Maintain and update websites using WordPress and GoDaddy.
Create visual marketing assets in Canva.
Work with design agencies to deliver on-brand materials.
Track and report website and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
Experience in an administrative role within a Sales and/or Marketing team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent English and strong written communication skills.
Experience within the healthcare sector or B2B sales environment.
Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, and briefing creative agencies.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Commercial awareness and confidence in handling customer needs.
Project management skills with the ability to juggle priorities.
