Job Summary
As a forward-thinking and innovative maternity unit led by a supportive management team, we offer exciting opportunities for your midwifery career development.
We are a growing organization affiliated with the University of Greenwich, where midwives can undertake Level 6 and 7 courses. Our unit supports 5,000 births annually in Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley, and Bexley, divided into six community midwifery teams. We seek midwives who have completed a preceptorship or possess Band 6 experience. Community midwifery experience is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Main Duties
We are looking for an experienced Band 6 midwife to join our community team. The role involves supporting normal childbirth and participating in our 24/7 homebirth service. We welcome motivated, enthusiastic, woman-centered applicants.
