Test And Development Engineer Responsibilities: * Develop test equipment for all stages of a product’s life, from concept verification through to full production. * Produce test methods and system specifications for externally delivered test systems to support the production function. * Maintain a high level of equipment in the engineering department, modifying or specifying new equipment when required. * Develop electro-mechanical designs in accordance with corporate and international standards. * Evaluate design solutions and conduct design reviews. Test And Development Engineer Requirements: * Proficient in all aspects of test system design. * Experience working with test systems. * Highly proficient in the use of LabView and/or Python. * Works to a high technical standard. * Able to communicate effectively with all business functions and levels.
