Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive personal assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working behind the scenes, predominately focusing on calendar/engineer organisation, spreadsheets, data entry, and analysis.
Although the role will encompass phone duties, this is not a phone-heavy position - instead, strength in Excel, database management and diary organisation will be the biggest assets.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update bespoke company CRM
* Raise and complete purchase orders
* Assist in streamlining administrative processes
* Perform accurate data entry
* Co-ordinate and manage calendars
* Buying Audits, checking best value from suppliers
* Provide backup administrative support on the phones as required
Skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred but not essential
* Comfortable working independently
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
* Prior experience in an admin, data entry, or analytical role is desirable
* Experience with Google Sheets, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar platforms would be beneficial
Schedule
* Monday to Friday
* No weekends
* 40hrs per week

Pay: £26,520.00-£28,600.00 per year
