Role: Lead UX/UI Designer
Rate: Up to £700 p/d – Via Umbrella
Location: East Midlands HQ – Highly Remote – 1 day p/cm on site
Duration: 6 months

As an Experience Designer, you’ll be responsible for crafting seamless, emotionally intelligent, and data-informed user journeys across our digital platforms and end to end customer experiences.
Experience Required:
* Experience designing digital products in high-growth environments (fintech, consumer tech, or scale-ups).
* Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end experience design, with a focus on mobile-first journeys.
* Fluency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) and AI-enhanced design workflows.
* Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with behavioural design, service design, and systems thinking.
* Passion for solving real problems through design and delivering measurable impact.
