Recruitment Consultant | Specialist in Aerospace and Defence
We are currently working closely with a leading defence organisation who are looking for an FPGA Lead Designer join the team. This is a full-time permanent position based on-site (hybrid).
Key responsibilities will include:
* Lead a team of talented engineers.
* Take technical lead on complex projects to ensure deliverables are met against provided deadlines.
* Produce low-level software to facilitate testing and integration within embedded systems.
* Produce document designs to a high standard.
The Successful candidate will have:
* Electrical/Electronics Engineering Degree BSc / BEng / HND qualification or relevant experience.
* Experience mentoring and leading teams.
* Experience with VHDL, Simulink, Xilinx, ModelSim and more.
* Experience with generating complex FPGA architectures.
* Experienced with stakeholder management at multiple levels.
* Able to manage multiple technical projects at any given time.
* Proficient with low-level software (C).
