Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CQC Registered Manager, located in Broadstairs. The CQC Registered Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with CQC standards, leading and managing care staff, developing care plans, and overseeing day-to-day operations of the care services. The role includes ensuring that care delivery is person-centred and that service users are supported to make their own choices and gain independence. The manager will also coordinate with health professionals, stakeholders, and families to ensure optimal care for service users.
Qualifications
* Experience in managing care services and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations
* Skills in leading and managing a team, including staff training and development
* Competence in developing and overseeing care plans, and working with individuals with complex needs
