Expected Salary
Commensurate with education and experience.
Minimum Requirements
Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes* plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.
Preferred Qualifications
* Certification/License in the state of Florida
* Federal DEA Certification.
* Medical Degree – M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent.
* Board certified in Family Medicine.
* Completion of an accredited residency program.
