Job title: Cluster Meeting & Events Executive, Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin
Location: Brighton
A fantastic opportunity to help maximize the Meeting & Events across the Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin properties in Brighton. Handling inbound enquiries and ensuring the smooth planning and implementation of all events taking place across Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin Brighton. This role is perfect for somebody looking to step up from a single site M&E Executive role.
You will be assisting the M&E Manager in driving revenue by maximising meeting room occupancy and driving catering revenue. You will be working to optimise client relationships and the relationships with other key managers across the two hotels. This role will suit a organised self starter who has excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. Experience of working in a similar property would be beneficial but a positive personality and the ability to think on your feet is essential.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound enquiries and ensure smooth planning and implementation of events across Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin Brighton.
* Assist the M&E Manager in driving revenue by maximising meeting room occupancy and catering revenue.
* Develop and optimise client relationships and collaborate with key managers across the two hotels.
Qualifications / Experience
* Organised self-starter with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
* Experience in a similar property is beneficial.
* Positive personality with the ability to think on your feet.
