Job Description:
Job Duties:
* Provide tailored English and Maths intervention sessions for Key Stage 3 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Develop individualised learning plans to support students' academic progress.
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding and skills in English and Maths.
* Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed.
* Collaborate with SENCOs and other staff to ensure effective support for SEN students.
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
* Specialist knowledge and experience in teaching English and Maths at Key Stage 3 level.
* Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in English and Maths at Key Stage 3 level.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of SEN interventions and strategies.
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Effective classroom management skills.
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time position, working on a temporary basis.
* Hours may vary based on student needs and scheduling.
* Work primarily in learners homes, local libraries and schools.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
