We are seeking a creative and inspiring Drama Teacher to join a forward-thinking Independent School in Haringey, starting in September. This is a full-time, permanent position for a dedicated Drama Teacher to foster a love of theatre and performance across Key Stages 3 and 4. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging and effective Drama Teacher lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Prepare students for practical assessments and performances in Drama. Develop students' acting skills, confidence, and understanding of dramatic techniques. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback as a Drama Teacher. Contribute to the organisation and delivery of extracurricular drama activities and productions. Uphold the school’s ethos of creativity and support as a valued Drama Teacher. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Drama. Proven experience in teaching Drama at secondary level. Strong knowledge of dramatic literature and performance styles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as a Drama Teacher.
