About The School

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that engage and support pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and communication needs
* Work closely with teaching assistants, families, and external specialists to implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Use ongoing assessments to track progress and refine teaching strategies
* Create a classroom environment that promotes respect, safety, and inclusivity
* Foster independence and self:esteem in all students

What Were Looking For
* QTS or PGCE with proven SEN experience
