About the Firm
An international law firm, with offices across Europe, Africa and North America, are recruiting for a lawyer to join their leading Banking & Finance Group in their London office.
About the Role
You will join the firm’s banking team, acting for lenders, borrowers, sponsors and investors on complex financing transactions. This will range from syndicated loans and project finance to structured and cross-border transactions, supporting clients across mining, energy, infrastructure, technology and financial services sectors.
About You
* You will be a Newly Qualified (NQ) solicitor or up to 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in Banking & Finance, gained at a leading UK or international law firm.
* Exposure to general lending, leveraged finance, project finance or structured finance transactions (training seats count for NQs), would be ideal, as well as an enthusiasm to work in sectors such as energy, infrastructure and natural resources.
