Marketing Associate Location: UK - Remote
Client: Global Leading Pharma
Planet Pharma are partnered with a global biopharmaceutical company who are currently hiring for a Marketing Associate on a fully remote basis, for a 12 months contract with possibility of extension!
Collaborates closely with Brand, Franchise, and Business Unit leads to implement brand plan tactics.
Develops and executes omnichannel communication campaigns aligned with brand goals.
Uses KPIs to guide and optimise marketing strategy.
Acts as a brand ambassador, supporting leadership messaging without direct authority.
Builds and leverages strong cross-functional relationships to deliver brand objectives.
Supports brand engagement across sales and business units using relevant resources.
Leads coordination between internal teams, agencies, and vendors from project brief to execution.
Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in digital communications.
Identifies and mitigates risks during campaign planning and implementation.
Guarantees outputs meet internal standards and regulatory codes.
Delivers projects on time and evaluates their success using KPIs.
Helps prioritise tasks based on business insights and performance data.
University degree or equivalent, ideally in marketing, business, IT, or a related technology/media field.
Proven experience in planning and delivering multichannel or digital marketing campaigns.
Hands-on experience with email marketing and campaign management systems.
Skilled in analysing data and reporting on campaign performance using KPIs.
Strong project management capabilities.
Experience with CRM-based marketing automation tools and workflows.
Background in customer-facing roles such as sales, market access, or account management.
