As part of our ambitious Digital Transformation Programme, we’re investing in a new Digital Learning and Adoption Team to drive digital skills, confidence, and capability across our workforce.

Service Manager – Digital Learning and Adoption (Grade 11)
Lead the team driving digital capability across the council. You’ll set the strategic direction, manage performance, and ensure delivery of high-quality learning and adoption support. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on innovation, stakeholder engagement, and enabling transformation at scale.
