At Serco, we’re committed to supporting our people to be healthy, safe, and engaged. We’re looking for a proactive and influential Workplace Wellbeing Business Partner to help shape and deliver our Health & Wellbeing strategy across our Justice & Immigration business unit.
What You’ll Do
* Translate Group and Divisional wellbeing strategy into practical solutions.
* Lead wellbeing and absence projects, driving continuous improvement.
* Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
* Provide expert advice to leaders on wellbeing, sickness absence and legislation.
* Analyse and share wider data insights to drive better attendance outcomes.
* Support wellbeing solutions for new bids and contract mobilisations.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience as an autonomous wellbeing or occupational health professional.
* Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing skills.
* Ability to analyse data and communicate insights clearly.
* Experience across complex, fast‑paced operational environments.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
