* Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects.
* Create individualised lesson plans based on students' needs and learning goals.
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
* Provide feedback to students and parents on performance and areas for improvement.
* Keep accurate records of student progress and attendance.
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual learning styles.
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience.
* Strong subject knowledge in the area of tutoring.
* Ability to motivate and inspire students.
* Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple students effectively.
* Postgraduate qualification in Education.
* Experience in working with students with special educational needs (SEN).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
