What we need from you?
1. Good communication skills: the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers both written and verbally in English and German
2. IT skills: the ability to work with different software at the same time and Windows systems
3. Active listening skills: the ability to attentively listen to customers and understand their needs and concerns
4. Problem-solving skills: the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues or complaints
5. Empathy: the ability to understand and relate to the customer's perspective
6. Patience: the ability to remain calm and composed
7. Adaptability: the ability to handle a wide variety of customer interactions and adjust communication style as necessary
8. Positive attitude: the ability to remain positive and upbeat even during difficult customer interactions

Our location
Our office is based in the heart of Kingston town which offers a bustling market town, on the banks of the River Thames, plenty of shops and options for lunch in restaurants or cafes. We are close to main public transport links (only five minutes walking from Train & Bus Station).
