This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to lead a Guest Experience team, delivering outstanding service while creating memorable experiences for guests and owners alike. The Role As Guest Experience Manager, you'll lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring every guest interaction exceeds expectations. You'll be responsible for driving service standards, developing your team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and motivate a Guest Experience team to deliver exceptional service. Drive outstanding guest satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and service improvements. Monitor team performance, providing coaching, feedback and development opportunities. Manage rotas, budgets and departmental resources effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety legislation and operational procedures. Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Support recruitment, training and ongoing development of team members. Foster a positive, welcoming culture for both guests and colleagues. About You We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience as a Guest Experience Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Customer Service Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience managing budgets, rotas and operational performance. Knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance within a hospitality or leisure environment. The flexibility to work weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods. What's in it for you?
