SERE are looking for an ambitious Accounts Administrator/ Senior Accounts Assistant to join our Accounts team within our Belfast, Head Office. Job TitleACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR Location BELFAST Package: Salary - Accounts Administrator £ 28,800 Company Pension Scheme Cycle to Work Scheme Long Service and Loyalty Incentives The role will include the following responsibilities: To process sales and purchase invoices through high volume ledgers across group companies. To assist with reconciliations To provide administrative assistance across group companies. To produce weekly and monthly reports To assist with credit control To assist with all administrative duties within a busy finance department. Any other duties as required. Criteria GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Maths at Grade C or above High Level of aptitude for administrative tasks Good organisational skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products The ability to work effectively with a minimum of supervision Experience - minimum 12 months experience working within an administrative / accounting role.
