Location: Birmingham

The Regional Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing and elevating the workplace experience across multiple sites within the client contract.
In this role, you will drive operational excellence by fostering a welcoming, engaging, and productive environment that aligns seamlessly with the client’s vision and ISS’s standards of service delivery.
Job Description
Leading and inspiring workplace teams, you will implement strategic initiatives to enhance the overall experience for end users while maintaining operational efficiency.
Acting as a key liaison between stakeholders, you will ensure clear communication, collaboration, and a consistent approach to delivering exceptional workplace experiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and support workplace teams across the region to deliver outstanding service
* Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement
* Conduct performance reviews, training, and development programs for the workplace teams
* Oversee the delivery of workplace services, including reception, cleaning, maintenance, catering, and events, ensuring they meet SLAs and KPIs
* Conduct site visits to monitor service standards, address issues, and engage with on-site teams
* Manage escalations and implement solutions for seamless operations
* Partner with the client to understand their needs and adapt services accordingly
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Proven experience in senior workplace, facilities, or hospitality management, preferably across multiple sites
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in workplace management systems and Microsoft Office
* Understanding of health and safety regulations and sustainability practices
* Budget management experience and financial analysis skills
