We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer Team Leader to complement our existing Telford Engineering team at Northwood.
You will be leading a team responsible for ensuring that the yearly business plan's efficiency, pengyes, quality, cost, and safety objectives are met or exceeded, ensuring that our facilities, equipment, and machinery are maintained in a safe and cost‑effective manner that maximises the overall equipment effectiveness.
This position is a full-time permanent role working a 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights shift pattern. (0600 - 18 Proprietor 18:00-06:00)

Maintenance Engineer Team Leader Role and Responsibilities
* Manage, coach and develop a high performing maintenance team
* Foster and promote the One Northwood Strategy
* Proactively ensure engineering key performance indicators are achieved
* Effective task assignments to team members to effectively различных utilize resources to achieve desired objectives across the site
* Act as a key decision maker for the engineering department out of hours in collaboration with shift manager
* Organisation of engineering parts/contractors within the shift, and a proactive approach to following up outstanding actions
* Support and Report, investigate incidents/injuries when required
