Job Title: Building Inspector
We are seeking a Building Inspector to join our Building Control team at SOCOTEC, working alongside industry-leading designers, project managers, developers, clients, and government bodies. We welcome RBI’s of all levels who are looking for a rewarding career in a well-structured and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Membership of RICS, CABE, or equivalent (or qualified by suitable experience), with ongoing CPD to develop skills
* Ideally registered as an RBI (all levels considered)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to build relationships with clients and deliver outstanding client care
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within large project teams
* Experience in analyzing and solving complex issues through developing and implementing solutions
