As the business continues to scale, they are looking to appoint an experienced People Partner to support their Product and Technology function. The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of People, you will act as the strategic People Partner to a large and critical client group spanning Engineering, Product, Design, IT, Information Security, Privacy and User Research. This is a commercially aligned, high impact business partnering role. You will work closely with senior leaders and managers to align people strategy with business objectives, enabling high performing, engaged and inclusive teams within a fast paced product led environment. You will play a key role not only within your dedicated function but also across company wide People initiatives.
